We do have a feed room and Tack room
Shortly we will have a larger Tack/ Feed room so our boarders can relax in Air conditioner or sit down and have lunch.

Boarding Prices
The prices I am putting out are only for Pasture and Stall which means that since we feed day and night anyway. There is no point in saying full or partial since we don't really have anything to distinguish the two.
Things can be added we can buy feed only if owner pays for it in advance so when we order we can buy your horses feed as well.
I will also bring up that if you are on a budget we can charge the cost of what your horse eats that means we charge by the weight of what your horse eats a month. Hay is not included in this.
Anything else is extra.

Vacation Boarding/horse sitting
If you are in Texas either because you are military or civilian looking for a place to put your horse up for a few nights we can do that. the price can be as little as $15 a day you provide the feed or we can feed what we feed.
Full Care Board
Includes:
- Feeding twice a day
- Call of vet, Farrier, dentist, etc anything thta your horse may need
- Handling of horse for Vet, Farrier, Dentist, etc.
- Grooming
- Bathing upon owners request
- Photos of horse sent via Email (for boarder who is out of town)
- ride horse (upon owner request)
- Work with horse on the ground (upon owner request)

Working for board Partial
I figured I should put this in to explain.
If you are looking for partial board but not out enough to work with your horse and would like to have him in a riding program. Where the horse gives lessons on days you aren't there. We will half to completely take off the board. to completely pay for the partial the horse would need to do atleast 4 lessons a month to get free board. Anything else after the 4th lesson in the month owner can be given between 75-80% of the lesson.
If owner decides to do the lessons with their horse. They can set their own price on lessons but still need to give the barn a percentage to pay for the board for the month and the use of the property. That is all I ask.

This is pretty much the same except the horse will need to do at least 8 lessons. Anything after will be 75-80% given to owner.

Please understand the money we get goes into the land to build the barn and anything else for the horses.
Law in Texas says that we have the right to put a lein on a horse or sell for what is owed. I really don't like to. There is another way to make up for board than to take someones friend. If you are in need of boarding but cannot afford board if your horse can let others take lessons or be an active participant we can work something out or with the owner.
